The initial consultation starts of with determining what you are looking for from the consultation. The process is interactive and you control the direction it takes. In most instances, you will learn things in the course of the consultation that will cause you to adjust its focus as we proceed.

At your option, we can do a joint walk through of the Due Diligence checklists. We prioritize which areas of investigation are most important to your deal, and which are least important. In many instances we can do this in an hour.

We're here for you to pick our brains! Our goal is to help you do that as early and as quickly as possible... to access what's most important to you, identify issues and potential problems that you might not be noticing, and provide solutions to problems that we've already faced and solved.

You call us and schedule a time for the consultation. At that time you tell us what you want or need from the consultation.

If we think we can help, we'll schedule a convenient time for the consultation. If we don't think we can help you, we will say so. If we can't help you, but know someone who can, we will refer you to that person or organization.
